Single Class Drop-In
$12.00

In this class, you’ll get to know the key fundamentals of boxing. We’ll cover basic skills including the boxer’s stance and all main punches: jab, cross, hook, and uppercut. You’ll learn how to use different equipment including heavy bags, pads, sliplines, and the training drills associated with each.

Learning how to utilize a combination of basic footwork and punches together in synchronicity are the main focus of this class. Developing these skills greatly helps our athletes in their everyday lives and can increase focus, hand–eye coordination, muscle strength, endurance, and social interaction.
